I had a visit yesterday with Dr. Christine Hirsemann-absolutely loved her, highly recommend her(10 stars!) made me feel comfortable, listened and was extra careful and reassuring and would feel comfortable seeing again and sending others to see her. The front office staff was very pleasant as well. I took a star off because I felt the nurse or medical assistant ( didn’t introduce herself so didn’t catch name) seemed exasperated with me because I was very nervous and not answering the questions in the exact order or way she wanted them answered. When I mentioned my orthopedic issues and how I was worried about laying on table she suggested I cancel my appointment, glad I didn’t because everything went great with the doctor! The most compassionate physician I have seen in awhile.

This office is great. They are organized, professional, friendly, empathetic, and clean. It’s really a great practice to be a patient at. Everyone is helpful and the people seem to care about you. I am happy to live on the south shore and have care like this available to me. The wait times to get an appointment can be long but that’s also a testament to how good the facility is. I love doctor Timothy J! He is so patient and kind to me.

Reception was warm and welcoming. Dr. Johnson is the best of the best when it comes to OBGYN. He is through, knowledgeable and I’ve never had another doctor in any office make me feel so validated as a patient. In my experience it’s rare to be listened to and not just pushed through and rushed. I’d 100 percent recommend and refer Dr. Tim Johnson to all my friends and family and I have close friends that do as well.

Have received amazing care here for the last 30 years. I have received care that has included infertility, ectopic pregnancy and resulting emergency surgery, prenatal care and emergency deliveries, and menopausal complications. My own daughter now receives her care here and is very happy. All providers and staff are great but we especially love Dr. Toujouse. She is so kind, comforting and empathetic. She never makes you feel rushed and always gives extra time to listen and explain.

I have been going to South Shore Women’s Health for 16 years and have had wonder doctors who are professional and caring. I have been seeing Dr McNulty for several years and she always listens and answers all of my concerns. My visit is never rushed. From the moment you walk in, everyone is polite and welcoming. Highly recommend this practice.

Parking is easy. The office is just inside the door. The waiting room is spacious. The people behind the reception desk and those who answer the phone are very courteous, friendly and helpful. The place is immaculate and state-of-the-art. The nurse, Lisa, was excellent. Dr. Hirsemann was outstanding in every way.

I’ve had a few appointments here with a few different practitioners, but each time the treatment I receive is of the same level. Every single member of the staff that I’ve encountered has been incredibly kind and caring and I’m happy I chose to come here. I feel comfortable at each and every appointment and I couldn’t really ask for more when receiving any sort of medical attention.

I have always been happy with them other than sometimes they run late which can cause issues at my work if it's an appointment during a lunch hour. I have had issues with their portal forever and nothing has been resolved so I don't use it anymore because it logs me into another old one I had years ago with another GYN and even trying to reset password doesn't do me any good. Other than that they were great help through both my pregnancies and I love all the staff there and continue to go there when needed.
