How to Sign Up for SSWH Portal
Signing up on our Patient Portal is as easy as 1-2-3!
- Please fill out a Patient Portal Authorization Form. Once submitted you will receive an email with your security code. Click the registration link in the email you receive from firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Choose a login method and accept the agreement to authenticate the account. Enter the security code provided in the initial email to you and click “Agree” to the release of information.
- You will then receive two emails: one welcoming you to South Shore Women’s Health and one confirming your connections with South Shore Women’s Health.

If you have already filled out a Patient Portal Authorization Form, received an email invitation, and have created an account, please click the button below to sign into our patient portal.
Using our secure portal you will be able to:
- Send and receive secure messages to our staff
- Request and manage appointments
- Review test and lab results
- Request a prescription refill
